Room Rates

• CHARMING, QUAINT, and COZY each have a queen-sized bed and private bath. CHARMING also has a twin bed.

• The room rate is $100/night, single or double occupancy. An extra $20/night is added for a third person in CHARMING.

• Rates include a hearty Vermont breakfast featuring delicious homemade specialties such as waffles, scones, and muffins.

Payment

• Cash, personal check, VISA, or Mastercard.

Reservations

• Reservations can be secured with a 50% deposit, using cash, check, VISA or Mastercard.

Cancellation

• A deposit, minus a $20 service charge is refundable up to 14 days in advance of the expected arrival date. If a cancellation occurs less than 14 days in advance, the deposit will only be refunded when the room is subsequently rebooked.

Check-in and Check-out Time

• Check in after 1:00 PM. Check out before 11:00 AM.
